Emily and the Colorado Gold Rush
By R. Miller
This book is a fun read. It takes place in the mid 1800s. It is about a young woman who moves with her father to Colorado from Illinois during the gold rush days. It mixes fiction with historical fact about the region. She runs into trouble time and time again, and because of her courage and Divine Providence comes out the winner.
